One yacht, one week, one comparable booking. Submit within 24 hours of your inquiry and we refund the difference plus an extra 10% as a thank-you.
What counts
- Same yacht (same model, same hull) and same charter dates (start day and length) on a competing site.
- The competing site must be a public, generally available yacht-charter platform that accepts online bookings. Members-only deals, group rates, broker quotes and unpublished operator-direct offers don't qualify.
- Prices must be compared in the same currency, all-in (deposit, mandatory extras, fuel surcharges and cleaning included on both sides). Promotional codes and one-time vouchers don't apply.
- Claim must be submitted within 24 hours of your Chartera inquiry, before you confirm and pay the operator.
- The competing offer must be live and bookable at the moment we verify it. A screenshot alone isn't enough if the offer is gone from the public site when we check.
How to claim
- 1Email [email protected] with the subject "Price guarantee โ [yacht model]".
- 2Include: link to the Chartera yacht page, link to the competing offer, charter dates, and a full-page screenshot of the competing offer showing the all-in total.
- 3We respond within one business day. If the claim qualifies we refund the difference plus 10% via the same payment method on confirmation of your Chartera booking.
